1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ZelTracker ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including account holders, website visitors whose traffic is analyzed, and visitors to zeltracker.com.

2. Description of Service

ZelTracker is an ad traffic analytics and bot detection service. We provide:

  • A JavaScript SDK that website owners install to collect anonymous session data
  • A dashboard to view traffic quality reports, bot scores, and invalid traffic analysis
  • Tools to export IP exclusion lists and traffic quality reports

ZelTracker is an analytics tool. We detect and report on traffic quality — we do not block, redirect, or modify website visitor behavior.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use ZelTracker only for lawful purposes. You must NOT:

  • Use the Service to collect personally identifiable information (PII) from website visitors
  • Install the SDK on websites you do not own or have authorization to manage
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
  • Use the Service to generate false or misleading reports
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written permission
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Use the Service in violation of any applicable laws or regulations

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

ZelTracker offers free and paid subscription plans. For paid plans:

  • Billing is handled by our payment partner, LemonSqueezy
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
  • You can cancel at any time from your account settings or billing portal
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact support for requests

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

6. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to our data practices as described in that policy.

As a website owner using our SDK, you are responsible for:

  • Informing your website visitors that you use traffic analytics tools
  • Maintaining your own privacy policy that discloses use of third-party analytics
  • Complying with applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) in your jurisdiction

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, logos, and documentation, is owned by ZelTracker and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Bot detection will be 100% accurate
  • The Service will detect all forms of invalid traffic
  • Using our reports will result in specific financial outcomes

ZelTracker is an analytics and detection tool. Decisions made based on our data are your responsibility.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZelTracker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination:

  • Your access to the Service will be revoked
  • Your data will be deleted within 30 days
  • Any outstanding payment obligations remain due

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify account holders of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uruguay, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Uruguay.
